Smart Pasaload created a problem on my small business just last night. Imagine a customer purchased a 10 peso worth of pasaload at 9:43 pm. At my first attempt, my CP displayed "message sending failed", i pause for about 5 to 8 seconds then retried to send it at 808. At last it was sent then I received a message informing me that the pasaload request has been sent and my balance is 300.50. At 11 pm, a message appeared to my CP saying that the pasaload request has been sent to the same number which I was able to send two hours ago and my balance appeared as 289.50. I noticed that the time of delivery was the same at 21:43:18 when I first acknowledged that the load was sent and the time I received another text message at 11pm. I immediately tried to reach SMART Communication to lay down my complaints concerning this problem. A CS from Smart answered and I storied the situation I encountered and he found out that the problem appeared that it was from their system and not on my behalf, seeing that the time I sent the load and the time I received another notice was the same, according to their record, the system itself made two transactions at the same time, he kept me on hold for a couple of times keeping my patience at ease just to settle this problem and to send back my 11-peso worth of load to my account. After asking so many things and storied the problem repeatedly on every hold he kept on me, his final word was, that he already made a report to their technical department and there is "NO assurance" that the amount deducted from my account will be reversed to my account. I was shocked because after asking questions repeatedly then his final word is that there will be no assurance of giving me back what was deducted from my account. Oh gee! I was so dissapointed, and I said, that's it? The CS cannot respond on my reaction because after keeping me on hold and for the repeated questions he thrown at me then that was his final say. He just asked me to let the customer pay for the amount, hey! hey! where can I find that customer that are just passing by and purchased pasaload. This Smart CS services really got me dissapointed. What's the use of reaching them and they cannot give you satisfaction after making a report about the problem. Sucks! Really Sucks! Hope that these problems may resolved sooner!
