SE w700 issues - Esato archive

I am having the good old SE w700.

Of late its behaving a little wierd ....

On connecting the hands free the phone just switches off. The Phone just doesn't charge with the charger, but charges on connecting the data cable. Can also transfer files etc.

Even with the camera, during clicking photos, can hear the camera shutter but it doesn't click the snap and also exits from the camera mode, but i am able to do video recording...

Can any one throw some light on it... Do I need to tinker with the software or is it something abut the h/w.
