Im still trying to browse for free on pc using vodacom.Ive used t9space server but it doesnt work with all sites and its slow... are there any software to do this on pc .Like how we have handlers on our phone?

I have a plan that i am busy working on, its a site that i am busy building so that we can create a private forum that cannot be viewd by the public or visitors, it can only be viewd by us hackers and crackers(h&c). On the new site we wil need to invite strong h&c who will help us crack our 4 robers, namely VODA, CELLC, MTN AND VIRGIN. the gorvenment won't help us, so its time we take charge of the situation
