Step One: Register With SSH Providers

Register with SSH server providers, there are a heck of them , you simply put the word “SSH Account” in the search engine box. I personally use a free SSH account from Rootshell , you may register to get yours by visiting their website at www.rootshell.be . When registering make sure you provide a reasonable and convincing explanation as to why you want to use their free ssh service. It usually takes three until four days before your application gets approved and you will get an email notification when your registration is successful . If otherwise your registration is rejected you will not get an email notification. From my personal experience , given it is a free service you will usually not get a stable connection, meaning you will get disconnected occasionally. If you wish to get the most out of SSH connection you’re advised to subscribe to paid SSH services.
Step Two : Configure Tunnelier SSH Client

Now you have installed Tunnelier on your computer, the next step is to configure it by setting the required parameters. Put in the server name or the remote SSH proxy server and port you will be using to connect to it in the host and port fields. Typically the default port is 22 though you may also use other ports such as 443, 80 etc . You may ask your SSH service providers what ports are available. Also don’t forget to fill in your user name and password with which you register with the SSH server providers next to the server menu and check the “store encrypted password in profile” box.
Next step would be to fill in your local proxy and port by clicking on the “proxy settings” if you surf the web behind company or school proxies . Set the proxy type to HTTP as most companies or schools use HTTP proxy as opposed to SOCK proxy. If you are accessing the internet directly just leave the proxy settings field blank.
Next : Configure Tunnelier to reconnect automatically just in case your connection get disconnected by checking the “always reconnect automatically” located in the options tab.
Next : In the Services tab enable forwarding option by checking the box in the SOCKS/HTTP Forwarding option menu and leave other parameters unchanged.
Next : Now Back to the login tab, and click on the login until you’re connected to the SSH server .

Wait until connection with remote SSH server has established indicated by the Tunnelier icon in the right bottom corner turns white from grey.
Step Three : Configure Your Browser to surf Anonymously

Now you have connected to the remote SSH server, the final step is to configure your browser to connect through remote server by setting your browser proxy settings to 127.0.01 port 1080. In internet explorer you can locate proxy settings : Tool ——> Connections ——–> LAN Settings ——-> Advanced

In Firefox : proxy settings is defined in the following Tool ——> Options ——–>Network ——-> Advanced.

Done!! ……. Now you can surf the web anonymously without leaving traces in your internet service provider, the visited websites or your company or school web server.

The setup is very easy. Just download and install VMWare player, then download JanusVM. Once you have the VM player installed then you can open it and load the JanusVM application (a .vmx file). Then JanusVM sets up Tor and Privoxy.
The next step is to enter into the Run window the path JanusVM will give you. It should look something similar to: \\\\10.0.2.15\\Setup\\Run.bat

Of course, the IP shown to you may be different. An icon will appear on your desktop called “JanusVM VPN” after the run.bat file finishes running, then Janus will give you a set of choices.

Show IP information
Configure IP information
Configure Anonymity + Privacy
Shutdown/Reboot
Check For Updates
Help
Quit

You should first choose “Configure Anonymity + Privacy“ . Janus will give you a list of privacy configuration, pick the one that says “Anonymous”. Janus will restart TOR and Privoxy and then your set.
How does it work?

JanusVM is powered by VMware, built on the Linux 2.6.14 kernel, and brings together openVPN, Squid, Privoxy, and Tor, to give you a transparent layer of security and privacy that is compatible with all your TCP based applications.

If you like JanusVM and decide to keep it running on your computer, you may consider giving a small donation to the developer.

[JanusVM] hope ur hepled nd this software ws tested on 5 laptops nd it worked well[img][img][img]

Posted by stresskid
inferno read the entire thng i posted u,l gt the setting dude

Posted by stresskid
You can also try this method but they all work its just for other people who are lost....
STEP INE : after you install VMware Player, donwload "JanusVM_07_2010.zip" ( 42 MB ) at this adress : http://www.janusvm.com/ => Unzip (120 MB now) => open \\JanusVM_07_2010\\JanusVM\\JanusVM.vmx (that the VMware virtual machine configuration) => janusvm going to open himself in VMware => You going to get in \\JanusVM_07_2010\\JanusVM\\ a log file (do not worry). If you get a software updates, click on "Remind Me Later".

STEP TWO : Wait approximately 1 minute => you get "to set a static IP address............." do nothing => Wait approximately 1 minute (in summary does not do anything) until you have the main screen {JanusVM controls, with "choose an option : 1) Show IP information, 2) Configure IP information, 3) Configure Anonymity + Privacy, 4) Shutdown/Reboot, 5) Check For Updates, 6) Help, 7) Quit}. JanusVM need to give you "-- Anonymity (tor) Status: ON" & "-- Privacy (privoxy) Status: ON". If not go to option number 3) Configure Anonymity + Privacy.

STEP THREE : JanusVM give you an ip path to enter into the Run window (found in the start window), so follow the instructions. Enter the path of your choise, you may have to make Windows let the remote bat file run, a few popups to contend with, just make sure that the whole thing can run. After the run.bat file finishes running, an icon will appear on your desktop called “Shortcut to JanusVM VPN”. Double-click it, a new windows going to appear called JanusVM VPN. Click on "connect" & wait until appears a windows called : "auto quit in * seconds" (that a countdown), and inside you have : "DNS Fixed. Run C:\\temp\\restore dns.bat to restore DNS settings." At the same time, an icon appears in the taskbar. BUT DON'T close the main window of JanusVM in VMware Player!!!!!!! Reduce it only
