There probably won't be any place to find these for a while, I have heard however from a very reputable source that there is a program on the Siemens SL45 cd which comes with the phones which does a good job of converting Mp3's into polyphonic tones, obviously you will loose the vocal and some of the instrument sounds but I heard it does an excellent job, If anyone can verify this or better yet send me the program that would be great.

I have a great news for u all indians...
go to yahoo groups fonotunes@yahoogroups.com . You just have to join the group and u can download number of new Polyphonic hindi ringtones from there itself uploaded by other members. On logging to the group you will see menu on the left hand side. Just click on file and rest u can follow. And also you get updated on new arrivals on your mail.

well.. seems tht my indian friends are still not geting the rite website for HINDI ringtones....
so , well the its time to cheer up....
go to :

there are so many many HINDI tones... and yes.. as usual.. they are NOT free.. but. , still you can download it on your PC and then transfer to your mobile via Infrared/USB/Blutut
and it is this way :
1) go to www.matrixm.com
2) select a ringtone .
3) there is an icon ( of hearing online ) on every ringtone in the list.
4) listen to the ringtone "online" ( just try listen..don't buy )
5) and when the selected ringtone finishes "playing".
6) go to your "temporary internet files folder" thru yr : control panel--> internet options---->settings (temporary internet files )---> view files.. and yess.. here you will find your "ringtone played" file.. o, just copy and save..
