Well I use Voda and they're not that bad although they can be. they are reliable but most of the staff don't know what you are talking about when phoning regarding GPRS etc Their training seesm to be a bit poor lately. This is not all of them but the majority.
Been with Voda for 6 years and am thinking of moving to Orange because I think it may work out cheaper? Don't they have a dtat limit set at 1kb though? This would really piss me off!

I use orange, and my phone shows wapsites in colour. Re. Orange, they are spot on, they know what they are talking about and are very helpful. |

Oh, and re. data limit, I now have no problem downloading pictures and melodies so the limit must have been lifted because I couldn't last week. |

So i take it that the data limit has been taken off now?! Also do Orange support GPRS (which i couldn't be without now) and when will they support MMS?
The reason I stick withouth Voda is because generally they have access to all the new technology first even thought there staff don't realise this most of the time.
What are the customer service like with orange as this is a main deciding factor for me as well as the new techonolgy.
Cheers,
Ed

Re orange MMS Apparently not until early next year if you believe what the cs people said, although they are currently running trials and have the technology in place

MMS will be sooner than you think - bjambean if you could post those 'settings' - many thanx. I use GPRS & Orange gateway for wap and can't get colour images on either - thats why I changed to MVIVA - still its 1p per min for me which either one I dial through. |
