As the bluetooth devices seems to be more and more common,..I guess it would be a good idea to tell a bit more about it 
And also this will probably help newcomers in Bluetooth to understand it a bit better

Bluetooth Chipset consists of :
radio
baseband controller
flash memory
crystal reference regulator

This version is backward compatible with 1.1 and the major enhancements include the following:- Faster Connection and Discovery
- Adaptive frequency-hopping spread spectrum (AFH), which improves resistance to radio frequency interference by avoiding the use of crowded frequencies in the hopping sequence.
- Higher transmission speeds in practice, up to 721 kbit/s, than in 1.1.
- Extended Synchronous Connections (eSCO), which improve voice quality of audio links by allowing retransmissions of corrupted packets, and may optionally increase audio latency to provide better support for concurrent data transfer.
- Host Controller Interface (HCI) support for three-wire UART.
- Ratified as IEEE Standard 802.15.1-2005.
- Introduced Flow Control and Retransmission Modes for L2CAP.

Bluetooth version: 2.0
Bluetooth version 2.0 + EDR delivers data transfer rates up to three times faster than the original Bluetooth specification. Bluetooth version 2.0 + EDR also provides enhanced multiple-connectivity. With Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, users will be able to more efficiently run multiple Bluetooth devices at the same time. As a result, Bluetooth Personal-Area Networks (PAN) or Piconets will become more common.
Here is a listing of the main enhancements/features you will find with Bluetooth Specification Version 2.0 + EDR:- Backward compatible with previous Bluetooth versions
- Three times faster transmission speed (10 times in some cases)
- Enhanced data rate of up to 3 Mbps

Car companies like Ford are working with IBM, developing "in-car" bluetooth applications...e.g. voice-activated email functions.

Bluetooth and WI-FI (IEEE 802.11b) are both using 2.4 GHz frequencies.
Some see them as compeditors,..but really, they are not that.
Bluetooth is PAN (personal Area Network).
And designed for connecting devices, for synchronization and data transfer.
Its not designed for connecting to a network, meaning Bluetooth is WHAT you connect to,..not HOW you connect.
Unless of course, bluetooth replaces cables/IR between phone and laptop/pda.
Then it could get you online or into a network.

BLUETOOTH PROFILES AND PHONES :
There're 14 different bluetooth-profiles, that are approved by Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG).
Most bluetooth-devices will support only 1 or 2 profiles.

A bluetooth phone have an audio-profile for headset, and a data-profile for connecting to e.g. pda/laptop.
The bluetooth-headset usually have one profile- the audio.
BUT when headsets are upgradeable with new software, new profiles can be added.
E.G. : Listening to Streaming Digital Media.
Others could push alerts and relevant information to e.g. pda, or automatically exchange businesscards, without exposing other files.

Any idea where the bluetooth antennas mounted in both HBH-10 and T68?
Each time I point the screen of t68 with the body of HBH-10, I can get good connection??? |

What I would like to know is if the bluetooth chipset has its own little antenna inside, or does it make use of the phone's aerial?

On the HBH-10 the antenna is in the black front-piece with the ericsson logo (the black piece that points forward), that sticks out.
In some bluetooth-devices the antenna is internal, like e.g. the bluespoon-headset or the anycom bluetooth card.
In the Anycom bluetooth card the blue outer part of the card holds the antenna. This part is out in the open, when the card is inserted into the laptop.

The bluetooth module itself, consists of the following :
radio module (13 Mhz xstal)
Vreg
flash memory
voice codec. this is optional.
The baseband link management and control consists of :
microcontroller core
Sram
bluetooth core
Uart,pcm usb interfaces.
This is the bluetooth chipset.
I know this is "tech-stuff", but should give a pretty good idea, of whats inside

Does it have its own little secret internal antenna or does it make use of the phone's antenna?

can you use the voice command 'answer' like the normal handsfree ?? how come i cant answer the call when i say ans ?? but i already set the voice ans command on ??and when i use voice dail they always cannot regonise the second part when they ask me where to dial to ect (home,office,others) i also set the voice command for those ....

Yes you can use bluetooth pc/cf cards to transfer images. Not all bluetooth cards have the ability to do this right now. But basically all the cards are upgradable, so this specific profile could be added.
All bluetooth cards have filetransfer programs, but not all work with a phone. They are meant for pc to pc or pda transfers.

You're trying to use Magic word,..that doesnt work with bluetooth headsets (only works on wired headsets). Normal voice-controls works as You already know.
With bluetooth headsets you have to push a button, e.g. voice-dialling/recieving calls.
TCP > hehe,..ok, I did write about voice codec further down, and its optional. The reason I didnt tell "too much" is that this short introduction is not only for headsets, but for Bluetooth itself
This whole explanation was basically meant as a short introduction, mainly to those that know little/nothing about Bluetooth.
It could have been even more technical, but I also wanted to keep it down to basics 
Someone asked earlier about the antenna on the headsets,..it sits on the HBH-15, on the outside,..in the lightgrey part (the part that sticks a bit out).
On other bluetooth headsets they are build-in, usually in the top-part of the headset itself, away from e.g. microphone.
