Anyone knows of any software that can be used to transfer pics, ringtones etc from T68i to PC via bluetooth? I have the MSI bluetooth transceiver plugged into my PC and it works beautifully when transferring files from PC to my T68i. However, the vice versa is not possible. Anyone has any ideas? Do I need a special software to transfer from my T68i to the PC? SendFile doesn't do this job.

I have had no problems transfering pics from T68 to computer using Irda however, It is not possible to do with Msi BT. I think it has got to do with the built in Firewall security in MSi Bt. (Notice the security mode in MSI BT can be either set to "Medium" or "High"

I spotted these questions when I had the same problem and now that I found the answer I thought I'd share it......

I use a 3COM wireless card and found this in the 3COM Knowledge Base (Solution ID is 2.0.101893730.3746378):

Some newer phones (notably the t68i and t68m) use a feature called Service Class Filtering. This is not a requirement of the BT 1.1 spec but if both devices do not support it, the device supporting SCF will not be able to discover the other device.
NOTE: The original T68 phone does not exhibit this problem

Fix: Download and install BTCMSCF.EXE from the 3Com website

I found the BTCMF.EXE file and installed it and everything has been fine since. I can't speak for other BT cards but hopefully you can find updates for them to support SCF too.
