My prediction for a T610 brother of blood... |

Well, everybody knows that Siemens uses a SonyEricsson licence for softwares and bluetooth features inside S55, SL55 and M55 Again, everybody knows that the S55 is in reality an increased T68i... Then if there is a logical continuation I think that we will see soon an improved version of T610 named... S65
Just a dream perhaps, but it could be real! |

Siemens will have a camera phone out at the end of the year but this will be more like a modified C55 than an S series. Being Siemens though it will not be the best looking phone in the world. |

this is probably the closest thing to a T610 spec wise...

@jossalzu
Go for the S55. Easily the best in itīs class, as it bloody well should be, since it took all the t68(i)īs good features and cranked it up a notch with polytones and java *and menus faster than the molasses t68*
And another thing: I donīt really care if Siemens arenīt innovators as long as they arenīt "stagnators" like Nokia
Seriously.. who cares who invented what? If we were to follow that rationale we wouldnīt buy anything but Ford because they were first with a volume car model..
Cheers!
PS: Stumbled upon this, might help make up your mind:

So they share the same software. That's why they're both so good:-)

Wrong!
Siemens uses a license from Ericsson Mobile Platforms and not Sony Ericsson.
Ericsson Mobile Platforms biggest customer is Sony Ericsson but they licens out there platforms to anybody if they want.

I would go with T 610 over S55, not even close between them |
