The new sms sound for the T68i is really good, but too low. If it goes off at the highest soundlevel it sounds even better though. The problem is that you can't change the soundlevel.

The level is preset to 2. This is noticed if you make a meeting in the calender and set the alarm to go off. The sound is the same as for sms, but it starts from level 1 and ends at 6. That way you can hear that the sms soundlevel is set to 2 when it should be at 6 for sms.

Level 6 of the sms sound is damn good and it's a shame that Ericsson made it go off at level 2. Listen to it and see for yourself. At level 6 you will notice that this is how it's supposed to be!

I really hope they change it in the next software update, because R2B025 still uses level 2. Damn, the new sound is good at level 6!

If they fix it I hope the fix is that you can choose what
level the sms sound will use and not just make it use level 6 always.
I enjoy the current sound level it works good for me
but it would be better if you could have diff levels for it
like level 6 in outdoor profile, level 2 in office... etc.

That SMS sound is nice, but its volume is totally useless, especially in New York City.
