I don't see much difference..
And both resolutions are blurry, especially around the edges..

Considering that it's a phone, which took those pictures, I think they're very good.
I doubt that the quality will be better in other phones, after all that's what they are, phones

I do spot some difference of quality between the two.

But really, considering they were taken from a phone, they are nice!

I get the impression that the Nokia camera produces images that tend to be a bit more blurry than the ones from MCA-20. On the other hand, the MCA-20 images suffer from the "zipper" effect --- that every second pixel is bright and every other second pixel is dark around the egdes, producing a "zipper" or "checkerboard" pattern along edges in the image.

I guess Nokia has settled for a more blurry image with less zipper effect.

you can see the difference near the end of the motorcycle... the back is a bit sharper on "hi res", but the edges are the same, i guess. but good enough for a phone!

A MCA 20 pic
it's much better

the two white things at the bottom of the pic is the top of a fence
if they were not there it would be a better picture.
Can't see the damn screen when it's sunny though.

Think your being a tad harsh.
MCA20 picture taken in sunny conditions with no close subject.
Nokia picture taken as a close up with no bright colours in the subject.
I've taken pictures [indoors] with an MCA20 and the quality did leave a little to be desired.
I'm not pro Nokia or anti SonyEricsson.
I will quite happily admit to having seen some very good quality pictures taken with MCA20 though.
