having read some thread, looks llike P800 is selling for 45,000 pesos worth... ouch.
i hope local SonyEricsson can put up a price soon enough to help people decide whether to get it or not..

Re: P800- I might consider going to the mid 30K price range. I'll feel guilty buying it at 40k plus I don't want the N8810 syndrome. That's what happened to the Nokia 8810 when it was released, P45K then down to peanuts.

@arnoldc: what if I shift to Smart? would you think I could get a p800. That's "Disloyalty to Globe " program

Im not sure if im getting it as im at major cost cutting and im still having fun with ths phn. But i might change my mind, if i found it :-D. Openline is a must for me.

@619: I agree! An openline unit is a must. Anyways, my Dad sequestered my t68mi, so I'm back with my t39, at least getting a new phone is justified . Thinking of disposing all my extra phones, and maybe my palm&keyboard, to reduce my expenses to make way for the p800

I would consider buying the p800 if it were sold at reasonable price. But that does not seem likely since official phones here always have significant markup. If going rate abroad is in 800 to 900 us range for openline, scary to think what it will cost here.

P800 will be released december 20, but til now we aint got a price yet... i dont know how much i have to save up in 2 days.

i do think that at 30k oks pa eh, pero when it hits the 40k-mark... too expensive already.

your best bet in getting a P800 is to wait for the operator's promo. i just hope they will include the P800.
