Hi guys, just looking for some Esato members from my city.. MUMBAI or formerly known as BOMBAY, India... I am also a new member on this forum... Found it very useful. There is an Indian thread but i wanted to make it more regional... I have used almost all the nokias except the new 6600.. And few of SE, siemens and samsung... Currently i am using nokia. Mumbaities here is a thread for you... Express your self... If any suggestions/criticism on this thread, feel free to PM me

6600 is very hot among celebrities.... Check out kal ho na ho... You will see saif ali khan using bluetooth as well in the movie.....

Se is not very popular here in Mumbai.. I can hardly see z200 here but z600 has done a bit well.. Here nokia rulez i am myself using 3100... I found a few shortcomings in 610. Recently i bought a used 610 for 9000 but then i sold it. Text input is very slow using t9

Hurrah sms rates to local and national rates has reduced to 30 paisa per message here is Mumbai. Big competition going between GSM and WLL players... Ultimate beneficiaries are we consumers...

Certainly navneen.. There is lack of media promotion from SE, only 1 service centre in the city compared to 6 of nokia... People here are used to simple menus of nokia. SE is quite deep and confusing... I have got many friends who can never think of swapping nokia with SE but my gf does use t610

Do you think we should make a thread to download hindi music video like Faithless/Peter Kay. I think this will be a great idea and we could all contribute and get a flavour of whats the latest music trend for us not living in India.
