I too would like to join that petition as I have experienced several service points for different brands and Smartnet is one of the best if not one of the better ones in the Philippines.
There is no doubt that Sony Ericsson's reputation in the Philippines for service had been mostly enhanced by the kind of support that Smartnet through Mr. Gilbert Mariano had been giving.
A good product plus excellent service would surely boost product consciousness and more importantly, product LOYALTY.

I'm signing the petition as well! Smartnet has an excellent after sales service and it deserves to retain its authorized service point status for ericsson

It would also be good to note that there is news around that Sony Ericsson Philippines would be taking out its recognition of Smartnet as its Authorized Service Point sometime in August for reasons known only to them.
This despite the obvious superiority in the service support they offer compared to other service points not only of Sony Ericsson but other brands as well. |

EVERYBODY, PLEASE READ:
Smartnet is about to be stripped of their Ericsson (or SonyEricsson) Service Point status.
Are you happy with Smartnet? Was Smartnet fair to you? Did Smartnet provide good customer service? Was Smartnet prompt? Does Smartnet listen to your complaints *and* make amends? Does Smartnet value you as a customer?
If you think Smartnet should RETAIN their Ericsson Service Point status, let yourself be heard!
We can write a petition to SonyEricsson Philippines to retain Smartnet as a Service Point.
Put your name below, if you agree. |
