Does anyone know why when I scroll through the photos on the memory stick the phone shuts down and restarts. I have formatted the card a few times now but the same problem keeps recurring. Apart from that my K750i is working perfectly, it hasnt crashed on anything else. Could it be that its crashing because its not Sony???

Cheers,

Dan

I havent had this problem and ive used a Sandisk 512mb MSPD and now have a Sandisk 1gb MSPD. My dad had a 128mb Sony and that was also fine. Id say no, it isnt Sandisk.

I would say its either the phone or the memory card if u have formatted it. If you can try the card in summat else it would help. If it works elsewhere then maybe the phone (see if the supplied card works) if not then maybe get a new card perhaps under the 1 year warranty?

My memory stick (1gb) crashes when I access Velvet Rope by Janet Jackson. As soon as I go near song 16 it freezes and I have to take the battery out.

Every time.

it might be the file type of the pic,

i had the same problem with my videos on my k750i, and i found out it to be the realplayer movies on my memort card, as they cannot be viewed on a k750i

it might not be the exact same situation but it may help
