Guys, please give your feedback on this page . Open this with operamini 4 beta. Your settings should be-
Load images- yes
Fit to width- no
Higher image quality- yes
Visual effect- yes
Now move the mouse over those pictures in zoom mode. How much time do you take to see the first two photos of s500. And how easy to move it over full page. unlimited data planers only try those.
... sorry, know what you mean now - was on 3g earlier! It's slow alrighT! But it's supposed to reduce data costs!!! plus, in fit to screen it's o.k! Guess the idea is to not waste phone-browse time and data on masive pics!? And: opera mobile which costs a lot of money, isn't faster either without 3g - bear that in mind!

I agree with you megg,
Some very good features are brought by opera this time. There is no doubt about that. The ONLY thing is giving trouble to me is it's pic handling capability especially on non-smart phone.
Rather they should give the option to go back to the environment of operamini 3.now they not compressing the pic, instead they give the full actual size and with some lower quality.
On OM3 it was getting fit to width and good sharpness.

have you tried just moving the cursor over the pic, clicking "1", and open image in new window? Is it equally slow? Sorry I'm in a phonefree environment right now! will try myself later!

I get my gprs allowance tomorrow, i'll be able to try it out a bit more then. I'll have to upload my opera 2 bookmarks to my site then so i don't have to type any in lol!
They really should have an upload/download feature for upgrading.

Hi all. I tried it. Its more smooth and cool than opera 3. But opera 3 had problems with orkut and this one has even more problems. Hope they will fix these problems before full and final opera 4. Over all very cool

Heh! I started it then noticed 370kb and stopped
Images are really sharp in it, which is why it takes longer as it seems to load all images in a decent resolution.
Either way i've always had images off in other operas and always will. Still sticking with the v2 mod.

@magg, it takes me 15-20 sec to see the whole picture in zoom mode on 'that page'. Is it really slow on my phone or it's just ok? :-? |

... naah... takes a few seconds even on 3g - without it I gave up after a while!
But I saw they got a lot of feedback about that already!
