i left the battery on charge overnight for approximately 6 hours and when i tried the usb cable and the charging cable this morning. the battery wouldnt charge and it wouldnt connect to the computer via usb. is this a known problem if you overcharge the battery?
also is there a way to delete the pre-installed games/applications on the phone?

I don't think you can overcharge the battery.
The software in the phone has a few bugs. I did have a problem once with charging. If this happens to you again try switching off the phone and remove the battery and keep it out for some time. I don't know how long. I tried one hour and it solved my problem, but this is probably more than enough. Then put the battery back in again and switch on the phone again.

I want to understand something, when Im taking night pictures (in night mode of course),they get really really blurry... is there any manual setting to take good night images,or do I just need to put the phone on a solid surface whenever I want to take a night image? |

thenerd, from what ive gathered for night pictures put the phone down and also use the timer. |

Yes, the shutter speed is very slow in Night mode, up to four seconds. If you move the camera even the slightest during the time the shutter is open, the picture will be blurry. It is impossible to shoot good night photos while holding the camera in your hands. You need to either hold it against a wall, or let the phone stand on its own on something.

thanks alot.
btw, shame that this phone takes better pictures than my dedicated 5mpx digicam \-:
its amazing how it can handle so many low lights situations.
I have both K800 and N95,and their images dont even come close to those of the i-mobile 902.
no use for symbian nor GPS,so Im selling both K800 and N95.

I have three old digicams: Sony DSC-S75 (3 MP), Olympus C-350 (3 MP) and Canon EOS 300D (6 MP DSLR). The i-mobile 902 is better than the Sony and the Olympus.
Having said that, the slow shutter speeds make the i-mobile more difficult to use. Like this shot:
Can you see the tripod legs?

well it makes it hard to use on low light conditions, but basically,I havent had any probelm with the shutter speed with taking daylight images... only night images.

@AbuBasim
That's a great shot! So you still have your K750i, lucky you.
The things I'm going to miss on my 902, are:
1 of course, the best CCD 5 MP camera, found in the phone
2. video reproduction, it's the best I saw so far
3. the speaker, which really, and I mean really loud, and it's not stereo
4. recording to wav from radio
That's bout it.
I forgot to tell you that those shoots you posted before are amazing, do you use your tripod all the time now.
I wanted to buy one of these two tripods before I decided to sell my 902, but no I don't need it anymore since I'm going to sell it:
Sunpak 620-502R VersiPod with 3x Tripod, Adapter, Carry Pouch (Silver)
Sima Universal Mini Tripod w/Camera Clip
