That's a white sticker on an Xperia Z 
Signs:
- Sony ditched the full width style docks
- Since Z everything has a camera button
- Since Z the frame has this 'diamond' cut bevel
- No Sony logo (it's covered by the sticker)
- The ear-piece/mic shape/size, sensors, camera and LED layout is exactly the same as Z

I think Z2 will pack the same battery size in less thickness and bezels body
Which might be the same Z size but thinner
btw rumors also heading that it will remain same 5'inch but another screen type (Pretty much IGZO)
If it is 5.2'inch then 70% it's gonna be OLED (Own expectations)

Can we please ignore nodarsixar? He already used my concept without any credit or permission on his blog and his facebook page. What's worse is that he deliberately removed the esato watermark from the rendered concept 
He is simply just copy pasting things from the net to get attention to his blog and labelling them as "leaks" or "rumors".

New anti-leak policies are really working  Things are going well and the chaos at Sony (because of understaffing) is slowly getting resolved. There are exciting times ahead, but early leaks will be rare. |

It looks like Razec won't be too busy for 2014 thread. There will always be leaks of some sort - they've said the same thing in the past.

Leaks are what increases people expectations and anxiety. It's actually good for a company as it gives them free publicity and most of the times a well timed rumor is quite advantageous for a company as people might even delay there buying decisions from another brand in favor of the rumored brand. So, I don't think any company would mind that. It would be an extremely stupid decision from Sony to be so strict about the future releases.
Remember iPhone when one of the employee just left an iPhone in the bar before it was released and some other person got it. Who leaked it's pics before it's release. The hype it created!
Also, I guess Sony might have knowingly delayed the 'Honami mini' release as it would have definitely affected the Xperia ZR sales that have just released.
