@britri, do you have yellow casing+keypads available for Ericsson R310? If yes, can you PM me the price?

It is unfortunate that I am on the recieving end of a routine service gone sour. I went to Smartnet this morining to have my T610 Lcd screen cleaned. It was previously opened in SESS due to the replacement of uneven keypad lights. However, since I didnt give ample time for the SESS technician to do his job... dust was not removed. Since Smartnet is known to be "Mr. Clean" in lcd dusts, I decided to try them out for the clean up. After almost an hour, the phone is returned to me. I didnt even bother inspecting since the "Trust" was there. My antenna cover had small dents at the edge, signs it was forcibly pryed open by a novice. The side casing also had the same dents. To top it off, the antenna cover was loose . My brand new T610.... argh!!! I immediately went to SESS for help since I know Smartnet didnt have those parts that were damaged.
Lucky for me, SESS agreed to be the Fall Guy for today. Smartnet denied having damaged my T610. As I have checked with other esato posters, this is not the first time routinary mechanical jobs were mishandled. As of this time, I have not been contacted by Smartnet CS regarding this matter.
