Yep, 12 pages of complaints for a month and not a single reply from Sony's support team... Nor any official statement about all the problems that ugly Xperia V has...
http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/60422?start=110&tstart=0
And I used to think the 2011 Xperia's support and their crappy ICS were bad... As JaBlu has written:
For over six months now the notification LED of the Xperia arc S doesn't work after upgrading on Android 4.0 ICS. No statement and absolutely no information was given since then, how Sony is going to solve this issue.
Do you really think Sony will treat customers of 2012 Xperias in any other way than 2010 or 2011 customers!?
Good luck!

Of course they're aware of it - it affects the entire 2011 portfolio, since its a bug in their crappy ICS update. And it appears their ICS update for the 2012 Xperias isn't any better either... But what can you expect, knowing Sony's unexciting product support...

Hello Xperia V users, this is just a friendly reminder for those of you who uses intelligent auto mode. The V will also capture HDR in this mode. Which means that it will also take longer to process. So when you guys uses this mode make sure to stay very still and wait a while for the phone to fully capture (just in case HDR kicks in) and ALWAYS PLAYBACK AND ZOOM into the photos to check for double images in a photo (in case HDR mode activates)!
And now I switched back to normal shooting and only turn on HDR when needed. Have fun with your V!~ |

Does anyone have the "white" Xperia V? Does it have the same rubbery back as the black one?
Because when I bought my Xperia Ray as the gold version it was shiny instead of rubbery. And actually I would have liked the rubbery feel, so I ended up changing the back cover... |

Thanks for the info, so the same "problem" as with the Ray. Well then I'll go for the black one this time... |
