Because we have 2 different pics of the phone at different angles (you can see the phone's right side on the 2nd pic) and with different widgets. Creating such with the same amount of photographic realism that SE's official shots usually have (and in this case it looks like ti does) would be very time consuming. Also, some fo the elements don't really looks like they've been copied from other models, like the buttons. They seem like a stretched version of the arc's buttons, but their shape is actually slightly different.
Then again I might be wrong.

Well, I hope your not wrong and I really hope that the duo comes equipped with xenon. I dont give a crap about if SE is late to the next years 4 core race, I happily trade 2 cores against a xenon. |

If the duo does have a good camera and a Xenon flash, it will SO be my next phone.
I'm sick of Symbian... it's horrible.

And what`s the reason to have audio widget below menu bar, which we all know is docked to all 5 screens? Come on, you have to put some brain before making a Photoshops dude - 101% fake.
I know it`s tempting to think this is Duo, but I don`t by this at all... there is too much designing mistakes in it. |

I did notice that and I did think it was peculiar at first, but it may not be a simple widget, but music controls for when you have something playing in the background a la the iPhone's dock playback controls.

Hmm, to my "fakespotting-esato-trained eyes", the snap looks pretty genuine/convincing - doesn't look like a render.
Oh well, I Skipped the arc, neo and pro - was waiting for something like this to be my next phone. So i hope it's real.
Edit: I am a sucker for large gorgeous screens. If this has a 4.5 inch screen as per speculation, i am sold.
