SONY never copy anything. They are too creative, not like Samsung or LG. That's why sony is like.no.other. They have something magical that keeps freaks like us, even if we dont like it...
P.S My big bro got his S3 since few days, but he is sick of it and want his ARC back. He also says S3 everything better, but he miss something that can only Sony give him, he don't feeling home if no sony... |

@razec,
gaikai will not be exclusive to sony anytime soon. They already have agreements with samsung and lg.
@motvikt,
I highly doubt note2 will have mali 604 gpu. Its probably clocked higher or has more cores than the one used in s3.

Haha, i have also a SGS3 and a Xperia S and i can tell you in real life no different, in fact the Xperia S is a little bit faster Quad-core really means nothing without the support of the OS all that quad core talk this and that and no one talk about the support of those CPU in OS not even by those Sammy lovers reviewers like GSM arena and Mobile-review
The Arc is just one of hell sexy thing i think this the reason

Don't hold your breath, Sony is now owner of Gaikai so new rules will carry out.
If Sony decide that Sammy won't get Gaikai than Sammy won't get Gaikai there is no question about that.

Samsung will teamup with Sony in Gaikai for their TVs, but for smartphones we still know nothing. but in Sony's case it is expected that most PS Certified devices will support gaikai, no need for 8-core hardware, no need for 4GB RAM, all they need is a freaking real game controller! and few people might not know this but Gaikai will bring the entire Playstation games back, all playable on our tiny Xperias, large TVs, and even PSPs and Vitas, that's one serious game service we're talking about

The Samsung/LG Gaikai deal was finalized before the Sony acquisition. There isn't much they can do now but in future there won't be any such contracts AFAIK. It will be used as a Sony exclusive differentiator. |

Yet another android game made exclusive-for-now for Xperia released.

and Xperia Play gets supported as well, so much for the idea of superior hardware getting superior games.

I'd count a built in gamepad as superior hardware.

No rumors since quite a few days. So get ready for a dry phase until IFA. |

I know... Shame people don't stick to the 'rumours' topic the whole time

what exactly is IFA? a CES counterpart? or a specific device expo like Computex/MWC/Photokina?

It's like CES, but in Berlin.
