Another positive reference for Merc_Man, I must've made him quite ritch the amount of stuff I've bought off him!!
Great 'customer service department too, the charger that came with the phone was faulty and made a very ominous hissing noise, after contacting him he sent me a replacement charger free of charge out within a few days, excellent trader!

please add Dave_UK to the non trusted buyers and sellers!
Explaination - dave tried to obtain a brand new pro duo card, when he only bought a second hand one! this was a trick also used by Peter Kay
What there trick is? they buy a pro duo card which is faulty - then purchase a second hand one, then tell you that its faulty so they can swap it for a brand new one.
Sorry guys, you were grassed up! |

This is absolute and outrageous bullshit! Anyone who uses this forum (and thread) regularly will know that PeterKay is one of the most active and trusted sellers here. They will also be aware of seanflynn's negative feedback from both myself and PeterKay.
I never requested that Sean send me a new card, merely that he refund the money for the faulty item that he sold me. I am now £70 out of pocket and have the faulty Duo for my trouble.
Furthermore, he has failed to respond to any of my PMs since I requested the refund (immediately after receiving it).
The suggestion that PeterKay and I are in collusion to defraud Sean is absurd. Apart from anything else, who would risk the dubious practice he suggests, as if one were trying to do this, surely there is a high risk that the (legitimate) seller would refuse to refund the money.
Sean, you are a clown - I sincerely hope that nobody here does any business with you in the future (for their own sake), and it is no coincidence that you have posted negative feedback for me, after I have posted on your FS threads recommending that people check this thread before dealing with you. Luckily, I'm sure that nobody will deal with you as although I am an infrequent visitor here, PeterKay is a high-profile trader whose word will be taken over yours.
I can't believe that you have had the audacity to post negative feedback for me here - you are bloody lucky I don't visit you personally to get my money back, as in case you've forgotten, I have your address!! But for 70 quid, it hardly seems worth the petrol....for now. I think I'll just continue to direct people to this thread if they are unfortunate enough to consider buying anything from you!
Dave
P.S. @MikLSP
I would appreciate it if you did not add Sean's negative feedback under the circumstances, as this tit-for-tat reaction, apart from being unjustified, does not fulfil the purpose of this thread (to give people an idea who they can and can't trust). However, the decision is, of course, yours, and if you feel it is warranted, please just drop me a PM and let me know.

@dave_uk, lovely signature - Nice one
Take no notice of Sean Flynn, the members here at Esato know who the real con artist is. He may have left negative feedback for us both but it will not affect our sales because we are 100% trustworthy. He knows deep down he is a Untrusted seller and a Con Artist at its best.

Asking for a replacement or refund for a faulty item IS NOT a valid reason for -ve feedback & does not make the person untrustworthy.
Perhaps if u agreed a refund/exchange & they were to send back the faulty item but did not & still took the refund or replacement that would be valid but that does not seem to be the case here. It seems you have not suffered any loss or anything and as a result the -ve reference will not be added.
Thanks, Mik
