Hehehe... :-p if not for Mamba I would have got some of you! eNNovate would have been a nice excuse for you Lagos Esatonians to meet. AYA seems excited about it. Maybe the reason for his absence here for days!

@coola: laugh all u can, I tot God had answered our prayers.
@Ife: MTN has been off and on all day, but my vmobile has been working. My guess is that billing on vmobile gprs may begin tomorrow when their new billing platform comes onstream. |

The issue of billing is always a problem for networks cos they actually want a sizeable number of voice subscriber on data as well to optimize return but they wont get that if most subscriber on only on voice and not yet on data so i guess they ll give more time for enough subscriber to be running their gprs before pullin off the billing thing

@angel:Reckon Mtn will want to cover a large chunk of the country(GPRS) before they start their billing. But then,you never know.Methinks they'll want to neutralise the glo advantage in coverage with them stringing,I hear,their own fibre optic network and destroying (wilfully?)some part of Nitels.One thing is sure;MTN wants a large slice of data subscribers and they'll bend over backwards to get em!
@demmy:u, a newbie?I'll be jiggered!then,forgive me,Christ is a pagan!!Where've you been stranger?In Moscow?!

GPRS now available in all Glo coverage areas
Globacom has announced the extension of its General Radio Packet Services (GPRS) to virtually all its coverage areas in Nigeria.

@alpha I read that it is 95 per cent coverage. No matter what, Glo is the best. The others are just playing games. I think we will enjoy free WAP all thru 2006. Its not much of a priority to them.
