Well, first of all we have pictures from phone that confirm it has video call (in menu). Secondary... thatw whitepaper is full of bullshit. Lots of mistakes, i can't think of one right now, but i've read it. And third, on the original sony ericsson site, it sais 3G camera for video calling... So there you have it.
Whitepaper should tell us amount of RAM and CPU speed... yet nothing. |

PPL enough talking about video Call camera
it's included and there 100%
don't ever think will forget that on such a phone
the official website confirm that there is a video call cam and @laff by a pic shows the Video call Option
The End
Where exactly in the official website did they confirm the presence of a video call camera? The closest thing we can get to is the whitepaper, and it clearly states there that there's no secondary camera for making video calls
The G502 has that "video call" option as well, but the second party will only see a static picture on his end; if he has a video call camera in his phone, you'll see him.
From the Official Website
read the previous pages you will fin laff post a pic shows the Video call option in the phone
BTW
G900 for Example had mistakes in the first release like video recording @30FPS MP4
but in the final version of is't white paper the correct it to 15FPS 3GP

I already explained why the phone menus have the video call option. That's not even a point to be contested. I'm posting an image below for your reference (see under "Video Calling"). You could at least show us a print screen of that original site you're talking about if you're so sure
The whitepaper being "full of bullshit" is not something for you to decide on, eh? It's really your word, or anyone else here's word, against 's official whitepaper, even if it's laffen. Even GSMArena's specs page gets it wrong; there's no video call camera in the C905, at least from what we can tell with what information is available.

The G900 is like the rest of smartphones... Records video in 3gp format, 15 fps at largest resolution... On lower resolutions, it records 30fps

Why are you guys still discussing whether it has a video-call camera? Of course it will! Haven't you thought that maybe the C905 from those pictures is just the chinese version? |

That does look like what it says, alright. Is that a localized page? I'm looking at the corporate home (non-localized) and I can't find that; neither is it in the localized Philippine page. (OT: the FPS's is really just a software tweak, unlike the absence of hardware, ie a secondary camera. If finds that the 8MP camera's video capture can be extrapolated to VGA with acceptable quality, they will no doubt to that. From what we can tell, it looks like 30fps VGA on the C905 isn't quite up to snuff is 's book)
I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but I'd really not keep my hopes up with both the white paper, and the ridiculously small size of that "video call camera" up front (it does look more like a light sensor to me) pointing to the there-is-no-secondary-camera direction. There's always hope, I guess. have a nice day, Pop Lover

Here's proof from Mizzle's blog:
See? Now that's the european version of the handset. Here you can clearly spot the video-call camera.
Period.
PS. N95's screen looks pathetic next to C905's.
PPS. That flash menu looks great! |

@NightBlade ah, yes that does look more like a video call camera. Most of the other shots have a smaller squarish hole to the left (GSMArena image below). I wonder why we don't have information on a non-3G/non-video-calling version, if there's really 2 versions like the K800/K790 did. More hope, I guess.

I guess this squarish hole could be light sensor maybe?
But, there's an obvious difference between US and EMEA model.

@NightBalde
Well no surprise there then as the N95's brightness looks like it's on minimum and i know as i had both a N95 and N95 8GB and the screens are much brighter than in that picture by a long way. But you be happy and believe what ever you wish as I'm sure you will and always do. I wonder if the C905 will sell 1 million plus per quarter and be as successful as the N95's have been, but then again i doubt it.
Marc

Hey Guys ... a review from 3Gweek ... regarding the C905
http://3gweek.net/2008/06/11/sony-ericsson-c905-review/
This is what they had to say about the Display/Video
"Sony Ericsson C905 Display and video
It’s a beautiful 2.4 inch QVGA-resolution scratch-resistant mineral glass TFT (240 x 320 pixels). Viewing photo will be purely palpable. Thanks to 262.144 colours (18 bit) as well. Videos are recorded in VGA resolution (640 x 480 pixels). Unfortunately, it does not feature optical zoom. If you’re the zoom-zoom lover then I’m afraid you will be upset because of this."
So as you can see the final version will & some Beta versions do record in VGA @ 30 FPS in MP4 Format...
This fone will kick Nokia's behind really hard and it will hurt them alot ... !!!

That first photo in NightBlades photo of the C905 v N95 8GB shows a theme ripped straight from the Japanese SO905iCS!
