I say sooner, "Z2" announced at MWC, to be released on April. 
gsmarena: "Qualcomm is ready to mass produce the Snapdragon 805 chips and we should see them in commercial devices in the first half of next year (the first ones will probably debut at CES in January and MWC in February)."

heh.. feels like an emergency stop gap. it will be in all the device successors that had the 800. its more of a radio coup than anything else. they (Q) are miles ahead in terms of radio integration, and visibility. im glad they announced something.. cuz the CPU is starting to get grey.. |

Okay the only thing I understood is the price, which seems much lower than the Z1.
In China Z1 is about 800 dollars whereas the Z1F/s is gonna be 590$.

^ so that works out at £366 here in the UK currently in my O2 store the HTC one mini is £479.99 and the Samsung S4 mini is £409.99 with these phones being the direct competition for the Z1s if Sony can get it to market asap and retail it around the £390 mark then I'm sure Sony will be onto a winner.

Z1 mini will be released in Japan at Christmas time. Other markets will get it in 1Q 2014. |

Will be slightly gutted if the Z1s isn't here in the UK before Christmas I know it is unlikely but I want 2 of them for presents. C'mon Sony make it happen.
