Yea, flippa should have been somewhere in the C7xx range. But with the production of the K850 stopped.SE has no phones in the 5 mp range with Xenon.I think its a good addition.
As Santa said, SE needs more innovation at the top. |

I'm really waiting the Filippa -actually since october. I just hope it will make vivid colour photos (with more beautiful red colours than recent cyber-shot phones) (BTW why we can't set the colour reproduction like in recent Cyber shot cameras(normal, natural vivid), it would fit everyones taste), with a decent picture quality (sharp, high detailed pictures with low noise level and low noise reduction), and I hope it will have a 1/2.8 inch sensor not just 1/3.2. |

filippa is a good addition to the cybershot family.....but for the c510 i see no reason i mean is 90% the same phone with C702(and c702 haves a better build quality) so....anyway i hope filippa will at least have wifi or something.... vga video recording ,something new

It does not look too ugly in hands.
But again nothing different from f305 besides the version of walkman player |

Repetitive specs, repetitive design... swiftly sliding into bleak blandness.
One has to wonder what does it take for to WAKE UP? Mid-range or no mid-range, they simply cannot afford another largely boring year-long stream of handsets.

I think they are lost in their own portfolio |

I really don't see how SE are gonna regain their 'former glory' as it were (well, based on these 2 leaks, the lack of true innovation in their feature phones & sliding handset quality as well as no real amazing Smartphones X1 aside...).
I used to swear by Sony Ericsson but these days I look to Samsung - Solid SE phones up until last year then I got a U900 then an i8510...

Well, the mid- and low-end segments are the most important segments for most companies (HTC aside). So unless they come with a lot of really good high-end phones, they will have to do well in the mid- and low-end also.... |
