Because I just happen to know Sorry, I can't spill the beans yet.
I can say that the photoshopped pictures of the (supposed) Elena are 95% accurate. Spec-wise the current info is also quite accurate.

OK, here I go:
- WiFi: at least B & G
- Metal casing: Front is in metal except for the part between the screen and keypad (opposed to photoshop by Deuxani). Backside is silver plastic on the edges and rubberized black for the flat parts. Very nice integration of back speaker (loud!)
- Estimated launch: Unknown and differs from country to country. SW is almost stable: transitions on/off option is already available in protosoftware (just new in FW current UIQ phones)

No, no Hsdpa. If you want EDGE or HSDPA buy a Nokia

This is a really nice theme.i have been using it for past 1 month...it can be downloaded free from a famous mobile phone website.But it needs minor tweaking.

@senninha
It looks like there is no HSDPA in the prototype I've seen. It's similar to the M600i (same 'Configuration' in Service Menu): tri-band (900, 1800, 1900) and UMTS 2100. Loading of webpages didn't seem to go much faster than on my M600i. Don't know about final hard-/software...
@all
The model type in the Service Menu is Pxxxi. Can't tell you the exact modelnumber, but it will be a P-series with 3 digits.
Oddly enough the number is lower than 990 for a phone that is (somewhat) superior in specs. So it's not P1000. |
