I know that this works on the T28 and the R320, and I should believe that it works on all models up (as Ericsson seem to Re-Use their software for their mobiles).
You can access the Ericsson Service/Engineering Menu on your phone by coming to your standby screen (the one with the operator name on it). Then press > * < < * < * and you will see a whole new menu appear, which can test out most of the phones abilities, like all the keys, the microphone, speaker, ringer, screen. It will also tell you every phrase it knows in your chosen language, and if you have a flip phone, it will tell you how many times you have opened your flip!
Enjoy |

It sure works for T39m.
Another "secret" menu is <**<
The menu is called "Personalize"
There are 2 options:
1- Network (lock logo)
2- Network Subset (lock logo)
I think it's lock codes. You get these from our service provider and entering your network code will turn the lock off and allow you to use the phone on other networks.

That code works on almost all Ericsson phones, one exception I have recently found is the GH197.

Kallingen, oh, i am soooo soooorry..
Check this one out then..
If you use chat on your T68, you can send : - ) only (without the spaces), then this initiates a chatting session, looks kind of cool when the Initiate Chat graphics comes up and there is no text within message..
Oh,, wait that only works on us that have the MMS software...
So I guess that was to New for ya!..
