Rumour has that siemens has the Razr clone in the pipeline. The SLV 140 features tri band GSM with UMTS support, an integrated 2 megapixel camera, an internal 240x320 pixel LCD display as well as an external 120x160 pixel display.Other bells and whistles include MP3 playback capabilities, video telephony, Bluetooth and a MicroSD slot.

That is not bad, the only thing i hate about the razr is the memory but this sexy thing has card slot which is tempting.

I think it looks a trillion times better than any other Siemens handset of late.
The last time I actually considered a Siemens was way back when I first saw the SL55 way back in mid 2003 (or was it 2002...brain fade..aaarrgh!)at the mobile phone show held at London's Earls Court.
Wonder how much say BenQ has in the designs or if Siemens are left with a certain level of autonomy.

i love seimens, I supported them before SE, but what disappoints me about them with their latest models is A) they either look too similar, B) they are underspeced or C) the screen is always too tiny.

To me, it doesn't look photoshopped. It's more of a BenQ design, which would relate in BenQ now owning Siemens.
Look at the formation of the navi buttons, the O2 X3 / BenQ S700 has the same sort of design.
So, a tacky new design from BenQ, lovely
