Anyone spotted this yet?...Looks nice! UIQ3 Walkman phone! Haven't spotted it on SE site yet but was on Google News site! Oh, and apparantly there's a SE Bluetooth Stereo headset in the Press Release too!.

The W950’s design will turn the heads of the most avid style aficionados. Its thin, sleek and compact form is finished in Mystic Purple, fingerprint-proof matt with orange accents. The purity of its design is strengthened by the keypad being flush with the surface, and orange backlighting that brings the music keys to life in a stunning, practical way.
The music player within the W950 has the functionality and sound quality of an equivalent standalone device. Its 4GB storage can take up to 4,000 songs and the sound quality, delivered on high quality headphones, makes listening to music a real pleasure. A new graphic-rich interface on the Walkmanplayer makes it easy to navigate around the music library by song, artist or playlist and now it’s possible to search visually by browsing through album covers using the stylus and touch screen. Doesnt look real to me. Its an M600 with a walkman badge. The colours are even the same as M600.

thats a fake is m600
the walkman h/sets are mainstream and mainstrem h/sets need a camera
the m600 design is too thin to fit one in
they would not release a w series in that design
if its a flash drive player id get it though

Sounds very suspect...will believe it when I see an official press release. I bet the guys from SE are probably watching this site today.

Hmm, interesting. If it is a M600 shaped phone WITH camera I will be very interested! Although after an enlightening discussion with masseur I'm also looking at wm5 devices. In about six months or I'll be in the market for a smartphone (they are finally getting small enough for me to consider it as my primary phone).
I'm really just watching the next few releases from SE, and also looking at WM5 now.

Se-nse have the same news link that Esato has. This alone doesnt make it true. I hope that they will announce this phone later though, but not in the M600 case. |

Have you seen se-nse homepage??? They posted it!!! If you care to read what i wrote, and what they wrote at se-nse, you will see the reason why they posted the story in the main page, its because they know the specs are TRUE, and phone will be anounced

I never said that is wasnt true. I said that I hope it is. Se-nse have been known to be wrong before though, not saying they will be this time though.

The news page in the link has now gone! It appears that someone might have posted the press release on their site a bit early.
Se-nse is reporting that the W950 (if thats what it will be called) will now be announced tomorrow morning.
Lets see what happens.

The Phone will be anounced tonight! 9 o'clock PM well atleast my NDA will run out by then!
The keypad is conventional and it doesn't have "buttons". For the rest it has dedicated musickeys above the keypad... the rest it what you can read above in the press release!
