I have been using p900 for 2yrs + and really love it. Now I just got my P990 for 2 weeks. There are alot of Pros but the Cons really dissapoint me alot too. Software quite slow, Loud speaker for listening to Mp3 really sucks even with the equalizer (not as powerful as p900), some difficulty when using Wifi but overall I am still a very satisfied user. Any comments? | |

Ummm theres plenty of comments in the other p990i thread, so why not just post in there???.
Anyways you say its slow, try turning off hand writing recognition for a start and also try the video demo trick ie play the demo video..play about 5-10secs then press back and you will find the menu system alot more faster and smoother. Keep the media/video player running though...only uses a tiny bit of ram.
Also try and update the phone to the latest firmware, the newest one is alot more stable and seems a bit faster menu wise. | |
