Here's a look:
This and K810 are the best looking of the lot.
And only 14mm thick!

Why SE does not put quad band GSM and 3G in one phone???? Nokia did it several years ago! |

Now this is a nice phone. And with a decent/workable camera cover! |

Thats what I thought. I'm actually really taken with the white version, it looks well designed - quite slim too at 14 mm.

I think it will act the same as the one on the K750i/W900i. It lights up during the Autofocus period and flashes when the picture is taken.
I think the fact that the fastport has no plastic cover has ruined the appearance a bit.

I agree, the white one looks great, and I'm not really a fan of white phones! It is a shame they have left the FastPort uncovered, although the amount of people that complained about the K700i and its port cover means SE will never win either way!
Shame this phone is too low-end for me. |

Technical they are almost the same as the w810. The w810 had to catch both 'business'- and 'walkman'-customers. These are more balanced like the k750-w800 duo. If you want quad band, edge, good camera, ms-stick, but are not looking for the walkman brand, the k550 is an interesting alternative.
Looks good too, seems to be asking for a hand to fit around. I think it will be a huge succes. |

In fact I've just decided its beautiful
Some clever person mentioned that the reason for the relocation of the fast-port on some handsets was because there might be a tri-pod accessory of some sort coming out. Because when you look at the camera side of the phone the port is on the bottom.
Sort of makes sense to me, however the port on my W900i wasn't very good at holding the cable in so whether it would be strong enough to hold the phone is question altogether.
Does anyone know what version music player this has? if it has 1.0 then its music-playing credentials are as good if not better than my W900i. The camera is probably on equal par too.

Here it says quad-band, se-site says tri band?
It will be quite a puzzle to keep technical specifications apart anyways.
It has flight mode! For more than only the music player apparently.
