some of you guys might have seen pictures of a new sony ericsson bluetooth product on another thread
however detail picture of the product is blocked....as the owner post a request to temporary restraint more info to be reveal until 28th May
I wonder any one have any idea whether only that bluetooth product will be out or some phone will announce together with it. |

Well its unusual for accesories to be announced by themselves so if there has been an embargo requested until the 28th then that sounds like an announcement to me.
Its a Monday too.

WHY...because the mail send by this SonyEricsson guy requesting FCC not to reveal it might be referring to USA time.
when USA is still on 28th May...UK might already 29th.
It could just be some announcement will happen in USA on 28th May east coast time which is 29th for other country.
Seem like we found another way to know when we know the next product announcement
but reading the request for confidentiality. |

And you'll notice that it says that there is a charge side and a 3.5mm connector side on this headset.
It will also come in Silver (pictured), Hearty Red and Noble Black.
Also, in this letter it states that the design is a basis from which future technological products will evolve.

So do retailers get a hold of this kind of information from manufacturers really early?
The reason I ask is because about a month ago, an online retailer in the US had some SE products for 'pre-order' and the items were listed were the HBH-DS975 and the HBH-DS200.
Granted the 975 is now the 980, they were pretty much spot on in having these product come to fruition.
They must have some kind of inside info if they know they are going to be selling these upcoming products. |
