My friend has Z610i. He tells me that when he Watch mobile TV on 3G network, the battery is getting hot only in two minutes or three. Is it normal ?

Nop. But he got the phone brand new on December last year.
He got it for free, for answering some quiz form local network provider when launching 3G. He's very lucky..!

its also depends on the recpetion. might be there is sg wrong, but if lets say he has 1 or 2 ba´tt bars shown, i can imagine that the fone gets hot faster as usually...

Yes.. AFAIK, the distance between you and the BTS also influence the reception. Makes the batt drain fast and hot.
But here the signal is good (Full)....

Whenever I've used a 3G phone for vidoe calling for more than 10 minutes it gets extrememly hot, quite scary really if you think about it from a microwave perspective.
My opinions on this forum are that of my own and not of the company I work for.

It's not branded, and it's still under warranty. Maybe he should try another batt first. If it still hot, then he have to get the phone replace.
I'll tell him...

I belive that there is nothing to worry about. Every phone on heavy loads gets warm or even a bit hot as battery drains fast. And it doesnt have to be only on 3G. Nokia 9500 could be an example, which was quite hot during browsing web on WLAN.
