Yes. I've used the search feature. No. It did not help. All the threads were too old and had bad links or really old prices and availability.
Because of the ever changing price of memory sticks I thought I would create a new thread asking:
Where the hell can I find the cheapest 8GB Memory Stick Micro M2 for my K800i?
(I'm in New Zealand, so that changes things a bit too.. but in general, who has the cheapest?)
I've looked over the net too and I can't seem to find much except announcements that it was to be produced from Sony in August this year, so who actually stocks it? |

Here's a site that's got it, it's UK but will give you a idea of price:

OK, so does the K800i support 8GB?
The sony site says it only supports up to 2GB... |

K800 supports atleast 4GB (confirmed), so imho 8GB will be fine. The reason it says 2GB as this is what SE said when K800 came out, only because that's all that was available at the time.
Many people have used 4GB without any worries, despite SE only saying 2GB.

Thanks Max. Well I think i'll go ahead and buy a 4GB off expansys for $110 NZD delivered. At the moment 8GB cards are just too expensive for me, as much as i'd like to boast that my cellphone has the same capacity as many ipods
