yesterday i've been told T-mobile stoped sales of Nokia mobile who come with new ovi platform.
T-Mobile announced this, since OVI provides nearly the same service and products like t-mopible mobile portal.
So t-mobile stoped sales

The is bound to be some conflict of interests. Orange UK also had a run in with Nokia over their new portal but I think they sorted it out in the end.
