That sounds good! I hope we can have someone like cnet or an independent magazine come up with a really good review...there are so many bt headsets out there already and jabra's even coming up with a small one too called freespeak...it should be a good contender for bluespoon...and would be cheaper too...according to folks here on the board...

hey Bluespoon got another big challenger coming in.

HBH-60. Well if it only charge me Euro 10-20 more than HBH-30, then definitely I will go for it coz Bluespoon is still too expensive for my budget. Well will there be another follow up to what bluespoon have achieve since others is catching up.

My first comment on the HBH-60 is wow!.
This is Ericssons third Bluetooth Headset and its still not better then Bluespoon.
The Sony Ericsson HBH-60 is small; its earpiece is a discreet 72 mm long and light; it weighs a comfortable 22 grams. It offers talk time up to 2.5 hours and standby time up to 70 hours.

Oh yes very discreet 7.2cm and very light 22 grams and talk time its up to totally 2.5h aint that just something, I just dont wont to comment Standby time
well bluespoon then discreet 3.5cm light yes 10 grams time to talk about 6h.

Hope figurs speak for them self. I would gladly pay EURO 100 more for something that is more than 100% better in all categories.

First of all this Bluespoon thing you designed is great!I like it very much:)

I'm curious if you have a retailer in Hungary. Can I buy it here or I should go and buy it in another European country? (or in Paris cauze my gf is just going there for a few days and maybe she could get it for me)

I'm sorry I could not get through all the 23 pages only 15 so I still have one question. Someone asked it before and I did not find the answer (maybe it's on the 16th page )
Can you listen to MP3 via Bluespoon if you use bt phone eg.: P800(cauze I want to buy this smartphone whwn it's going to be out)

Thanx for help

The 'video' is extremely cool. That's the best instructions I've ever seen with *any* product! Just can't wait to get it. Expansys is down to one day... hopefully that means sometime this week.

well viking

For me HBH-30 is already a luxury item. Therefore Bluespoon is something like Vertu to me. Of course the smaller it is the better consumer is willing to accept it.

But for me that size of HBH-60 is already enough. WIth the launch of it, maybe it will push the price of bluetooth chip even lower and benefit everyone who is planning to get a bluetooth devices.

I'm pretty impressed with the gel-moulded JABRA hands-free units (that do not have a seperate microphone), the Bluespoon is similiar and with less components draining power on mic/earphone the battery life quoted is very impressive.

It is a shame that it costs so much, probably for start-up costs - but it is much more expensive than the Sony Ericsson units, for so fewer components!

Bluespoon actually have the same amount of components as everyone else,..but Bluespoon's components are different in size.
They are somewhat expensive, because of the size itself.
They are not "ordinary" headset-parts

Jabra ?...theres no Jabra-headset that looks like BS....not that I know of Which one do You mean ?
The soft one sits like Nokias headset around the ear.
The two other ones are quite bigger, and sits also with a spring around the ear,...Bluespoons spring sits IN the ear
And BS is a lot smaller than those two.

One of the reason why BS have great battery-times are, that it goes into a deep-sleep-mode, when not in use, but turned on.

The bluetooth-software/profiles are pretty much built from the beginning, by Nextlinks engineers themselves.

VIKING >
Yep,..theres a head-to-head test of the bluetooth-headsets in the magazine Mobil,...and Bluespoon wins 8 of 9 categories,...the only one it doesnt win, is the "price-category"...thats actually quite ok, and we knew that it wouldnt win that one, hehe

DARK >
Hungary,..hmm, I'm not sure. I'm still trying to get hold of the retailer-list,..and I know that new retailers are coming along all the time right now
You can order it at Nextlink
bluespoon@nextlink.to
or go to the webpage http://www.nextlink.to
and find the order-form there.

Thanks I really like the video-manual too,..find it cool.
In the Bluespoon-package the video is on a mini-cd-rom Looks neat.
The ordinary manual is a full-color book,..and not a tiny booklet

Hi Viking,

I tried to download the video - got to about 12.6 mb around 50%
and it said download complete.

Then tried to open it with winzip - it said "not a valid archive"

What am I doing wrong dude?

cheers Jayman.
