With the Disappearance of Don , (hope you're OK, Don...you're missed around here ), and as October's winner, I'll choose November's theme.
So, following Marty's highly successful macro competition last month, heeeeere we go:
Buildings (incl. castles/historical, commercial properties, places of worship, domestic etc), structures, shelters, columns, arches, gargoyles, cornices and friezes, flooring, staircases, support beams, rafters, wall textures and different construction materials, perhaps building glass panels and decorative windows, etc etc...
The reason for generating the above list is purely just to get ideas/ the creative juices flowing, albeit some obvious ones mentioned in there too.
Have fun, y'all.

Good stuff, M-O.
Looking forward to seeing some interesting, varied and detailed pics this month, just like last month's, including another bril one taken with that C902 of yours, mate.

Ooh ooh I'm excited!
Pity I just came back from Auckland; I swear the calibre of architectural designer is way above what we have down here in Christchurch...

A late congratulations to you, amawanqa. Find this month's theme great- accesible for any cameraphone. Is there a hall of fame where one could see all the previous months' winning pics? |

Haha, too right. We have the art gallery and uh... That's about it unless you wanna go for old brick stuff.

it would be cool if someone donated a prize for this competition like they did for playtime. Something little- to get esato members fired up and shooting.

I have a few photos taken and lined up for this, but I'm waiting a bit longer to see if better photo opportunities come up, plus I have a few more ideas!

Great topic! I'm currently working in the city with the biggest construction and engineering projects in the world, so I should be able to find something. Time to examine the lens of my N95 and P1i.

I want to clear something out...
you said rule number #5 do want you want with the picture, photoshop etc.
and from rule #4 we should first upload it to phone photos section...
does that mean.. that i should first upload it to photo section then edit the pic the way i want... and then post it to this thread
will that count?!
