You need A2uploader & the driver goes in ifs/settings/display,
it gives slightly better contrast,brightness. small improvement over the oringal.

camdriver will be released soon, it's just a basic driver, but does have 34fps video .

Theres no way to increase the resolution but QVGA is fine, it's at 36fps now.
