You have to use the 'dial up networking' or DUN connection as well as the serial port connection.
So set up as follows:
First connect your phone to pc with the serial connection in bluesoleil and make note of the com port used.
Then in mrouter advanced settings tick additional com ports and in the 'view' option tell mrouter to look for the com port that you noted in the bluesoleil serial connction.
Now in bluesoleil control panel connect the serial connection.
Whilst connected, connect again with the dial up networking (DUN) connection. The first time you do this windows will install a modem with a new com port. It will ask you for dial up settings-just cancel this.
Make note of the com port installed. If you missed it go to device manager and under modems there will be a new modem (DUN). Right click properties and in the second tab it says the com port.
Use this com port in Myphoneexplorer as the connction port to ypur phone.
Each time you connect you have to make sure mrouter is running and you manually connected your phone to serial port connection - the DUN connection will happen automatically when connecting in MPE.
Good luck. |
