with the 5 point,if your phone doesn't have b&W or Sepia, you just use another program (like PhotoDJ, flickr, PS....) to change your pic, please do not much with your pic, and list all task you had done with your pic then post the original picture please.

Nice theme.
We had the theme 'Black and white' in Apr'08 and 'people' in Aug'08. This time, we have mixture of both. 'Black and white portrait'
Nice theme to nourish your creativity. so clean your lens get your favourite cam drive in and keep it on black and white mode.

Tell us who is that boy? I guess you have posted his shoes' pic in previous competition.
Back to your question, i dont think it is allowed as it snatches away the original theme. I think this time one can do very less editing like sharpness, brightness, black and white.
