Look, screw you. I am not just starting a rumour. I'm not telling you this is fact, but what is fact is that Adam Marsh emailed me this information. Phone and ask to speak to him yourself for clarification, but don't start slandering me without any evidence.
And Tom, I'd rather take the word of the manager than that of a sales adviser. If anyone wants the managers email PM me. I'll be at work until 10 tonight after which I can reply.
We should have the phone from SE on Thursday anyway so we don't have long to wait. The |

Dave,
S'ok mate, I'm backing you up, Justin at the Eshop also saod to me about a possible camera update for the reason why the phone was delayed a little longer than Oranges. Orange wanted to corner the market by getting it out early.
I cant say if this is a fact or fiction but we shall see on wednesday (hopefully) when my phone comes .

I can't wait for those who have orderred theres to tell me the firmware.... ! Lets hope it's like 2A or something with a zoom...

I just got back from getting my import P800 upgraded from an SE service centre in Addlestone and I was the first they had done so they downloaded the firmware from the SE servers and I got...

Video recording is something that can be added through software.
Night mode requires an I/R camera, and an I/R emitter.
I doubt very much that we'll see such a thing on a phone any time soon. |

Hello all! I just read on the swedish new site mobil.se about a software upgrade in april that is supposed to enhance the picture quality on P800! Nothing about zoom though....

hmm, night vision does seem a bit extreme, i'm thinking it means something like the 7650, doesn't that have a nightshot thing in it so it takes better quality pictures at night, it's not actually like IR nightvision, just for better pictures at night? Well, i cant wait till we all can fnd out before i go out and get mine,

none of this would change the quality of the pictures that much.
just pre ordered p800 from CPW for £5. Even though its in the catalogue they said 2 to 3 weeks for sim free.
