let's say i'm using HBH-30 (bluetooh earset from SE) on my SE T610..if another person also using bluetooth earset, is it posibble for him to receive my call since bluetooth works about 10metres!?! |

No, since your phone is paired with the headset.

then what about bluejacking?
if someone on their BT, they surely asign bluetooth to paired with their earset..how should i bluejacking them? |

Check the search option out...
For bluejacking you don't need to be paired, you're just sending a contact over.. |

you can bluebug or bluesnarf the person if you want to hear his call.
But bluejack...it's a 1 way thing. U can only send msgs but you don't get anything else from the phone |

no it's impossible. bluetooth is not like just a radio. first you have to accept a device to communicate with it.
