Hi,
I have just finished the final touches to a football management game I have been making. Its not graphically very fancy as it uses only the high level GUI option of MIDP 1.0, it was just easier that way .
However the good thing about this is that it uses the Theme selected on the Phone which enables the user to have a team specific theme to the game i.e. an Arsenal theme or Man U theme and give it a Championship Manager feel. Anyhow enough babling below is a screen shot with my England Theme selected to give u an idea.....
And the latest Demo version can be downloaded from http://www.bramsoft.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/files/FootballManagerDemo.jar
Please have a play and see what you think, any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Its specifically for Txxx series phones, it works on Pxxx emulator but I fear the menu system wont work on the real thing unfortunately, but feel free to give it a go.

I have now updated demo with following changes resulting from the feedback i got.
1. Training can be assigned to whole team as well as individuals.
2. Pay demands can be met at a click of a button, instead of having to keep increasing each players wage until they are happy.
3. League now has two view setting, a minimal one with team name, winds and points and a more detailed one with additional info about draws, losses and goal difference.
4. Fixed bug where all other teams are all 0-0
The latest Demo version can be downloaded from http://www.bramsoft.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/files/FootballManagerDemo.jar
Again its designed to work woth Txxx phones although it will probably work on most Java phones.

First question - P800 - No idea, unfortunately i dont have a P800 and have never used one, also the menu system probably wont work too well on P800, its designed really for Txxx, but give it a go anyhow.
Second question, yep full version is available check out my webby below for more details.

Hi,
Glad you like it, im actually quite suprised that it works on P800, but if it does then thats a real bonus, no idea whether the layout is correct or if all the command keys work, looks alright in emulator but thats not normally a good guide.
Buying the game basically removes the 1/4 season limitation and entitles you to get all future updates of the game for free. In theory the code is designed so that it goes on indefinitely, but i would imagine most people would get bored after about 4-5 seasons.

Cool, is there any chance of some screen shots of it running on P900/800, im intrigued as to what it looks like..... I imagine it looks fairly plain and bland but maybe it uses the theme in the same way that it does on T610 etc.

Yeah, in version 1.1 mate , problem is the game is starting to get a little large .
I wanted to add a names editor so that people could use real names should they wish, problem is i cant supply game with real names cus it will probably upset folk on copyrights etc... I dont even know if I can use the team names, but can you copyright the name of a town/city?
