Why do people tYpE lIkE tHiS? |

Now I use the internet a fair amount, but I've never had the temptation to alternate upper and lower case letters whilst typing things (apart from when typing this thread title of course) as I, personally, think it looks foolish.
Can someone please explain the point of it to me?
Thanks.

@KiMcHeEbOi
I believe Fritz said 'type', not 'say'.

But it's not unique because loads of people do it. Nor is it creative really.
Still - at least you gave a reason. Thanks!

@Lynx
Perhaps it would be more unique to type in all lower case? Or if you want to be really wild, all capitals?

MAYBE I WILL, AND ITS NOT LYNX, AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE ITS TRIGGA OR SIR, NOTHING ELSE!

sir?
I think a little humility would look good on most of us.... all self proclaimed 'sirs' included.

why diod you change your name anyway? you're lynx on mobile 9 and I am bound to call you lynx sooner or later.
You'll just have to forgive me I am getting old and stuck in certain habits.......... I also seriously am beginning to have trouble recoggnizing people as there seem to be a lot of name changes going on lately and you people who change your identity simply CANNOT expect that everybody will have forgotten what they were used to call you before. So perhaps a bit of patience there wouldn't hurt.
Or perhaps name changing for the sake of it should be abolished altogether
