MMS needs provisioning, meaning, you must have subscription and MMS to be activated in your account, just like GPRS. having GPRS DOES NOT automatically mean you can use MMS. |

i inquired sa globe customer service and they said that charge will be P2.00 per MMS sent; no charge for received MMS. But they said it's not pfficial yet as they still have to receive the memo/announcement from HO tomorrow (saturday)

that will be on top of your gprs dues, which means:
a) P2.00 - per MMS sent, plus
b) example, default birthday card MMS demo = 11K (1K additional if you add the name) @ 10 cents per kilobytes (according to globe) = P1.10
c) plus, initialization, handshake, etc. and other bytes transparent to you but are going to pay for, say 5K = .50 cents
so, a + b + c =
P2.00 + P1.10 + P0.50 = P3.60 |

@arnold: found it! :) tnx. di pala sya mura no. sana they don't charge muna and let those who have mms try first, like gprs.
