there is plenty of software out there by or other companies, just depends on what kind of phone you have. |

Check out SonyEricsson fun site and go to the themes section.

pm @Vlammetje and ask her what program she uses. She seems to make the most K700i skins out of anybody here. I'm surprised she hasn't answered you, she's almost always online.
I personally have only made themes for T6xx and P9xx. |

I believe she uses, what i think is, the only K700 theme maker out?
I used this once to make a theme. Its the Sony Ericsson Themes Creator.
In order to download the program you have to register a simple account in the Sony Ericsson Developer site, which takes no more than a minute.
Go to the Multimedia & Personalization Tools page of Sony Ericsson Developer site
If that link isnt working go to http://developer.sonyericsson.com/ and then register and go to the Multimedia & Personalization Tools page of Sony Ericsson Developer site

You need two peices of separate software. First one is an image editor (any image editor really, I myslef use Photoshop, but Paint Shop (pro) or anything else will do just as well) to create your images with.
Second is a theme generating program. Most people use Theme Creator, see link in previous post. There is one other K700 theme creator that I know of which is done by the same people that did TCP for T610 and previous models. This is a java application and they were kind enough to do MAC and Linux versions as well
