This way people can avoid PM'ing laffen reporting/requesting something he already knows.

DSF, you are on wap right now but online you can click the members "profile" button and then click "view all posts by this user" and that will show you all threads that the members has posted in... or did you mean all threads started by a member?

You can sum up all the topics in the "forum home" page
As for the second one, i don't see much interest on it...
I'll put both on the "Other section" as i don't think they are "top priorities" [addsig]

C'mon people...
This is not a "think-of-a-feature-you'd-like-to-see-implemented" thread.

This is for actual usefull things. If you can prove me that your request is usefull, i'll put it in the summary. [addsig]

While i am in a forum i can't see a "New topic" button. If I want to make a new thread i go to an existing thread in the forum where i want to be my new thread, then click "New Topic".

I hope i am not wrong.. but i really didn't found a "New topic" button or link outsite a thread...

So i suggest a button or a link for "New topic" that you can see easely

@DSF
You can only start a "new topic" when you are inside a section.
If you go to "Forum Home" and then click on "Accessories " for instance you'll see all topics of that section and then you can create a thread...

Searching inside your bookmarks....hmmm......ok...i'll put it... [addsig]

Sorry, but some of the suggested features will never be implemented. While some of the suggestions are "nice to have" are others categorized as "need to have". Some are easy to implement while others will take days or weeks to do. It's the combination of these factors that will decide what I will put on top of the to-do list.

i only use html lite so i cant comment if this is use on the web or wml, so....
when i am in a thread like the joke thread or uk users thats has hundreds of pages i cant jump straight to example page 242 i only have the choice of the first three and last three. which is no good if you are looking at a huge thread for the first time, unless you have 6 hours to spare and read from the first page to the last!
so what i would like to see implemented is a "jump to page ___" feature.
that way i can read, say, 50 pages then the next 50 another time etc till i catch up

I'm glad laffen is cooperating in this thread
I'm sure this is going to be very useful.
As a basis for his work and as an info to all users.

@Nature
Is rather easy to jump to a specific page.
If you're in, say, the second page. You'll see in the address bar something like start=15. This means you'll be starting with post 15 (All pages have 15 posts).
If you use the formula (PageToGo - 1) * 15 you can just replace the start value by the result of this calculus.
And voilá, you're in the page you want.

I usually don't use HTML light so i can't add a description of something i don't know... But i think this would be first implemented in WEB.
