I've just got an E330 as a free upgrade from O2 - yes I know before anyone says - no flaming!

Which data cable do I buy for this phone? Will it work with one that's officially for the E700, or T100, or a different Samsung mobile? It's charging/data port looks the same. I mainly want it for transferring photos to/from the phone, and uploading rintones to the phone.

By the way, what format of polyphonic ringtones does the phone take?
Thanks!

Just re-using one an old similar thread to save starting a similar topic off!

I've got a data cable now for the e330, and whenever I plug it into the phone (I've installed the data cable's software and Samsung's 'Easy' software) the phone turns itself off, won't come back on unless you remove and re-insert the battery. Needless to say the PC also doesn't recognise the phone.

Please help, I need to get some photos off it!
